.SYNOPSIS...A high pressure ridge over the region will weaken
tonight ahead of a stronger cold front that will reach the waters
by early Mon. A low pressure trough will develop along the SE
coast Mon, persist Mon night into Tue, then weaken gradually
weaken by Tue night. A high pressure ridge will build W over the
N portion Wed through Fri night.
