beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A strong cold front will move S
across the southern waters tonight. Strong high pressure will
build over New England tonight and Mon, then move offshore across
the N waters Mon into Mon night. A low pressure trough will form
near the SE United States coast Mon into Mon night. A warm front
will develop and lift N across the central and N waters Tue into
Tue night, followed by the approach of the next cold front late
Tue night. This cold front will stall over the N portions Wed,
then lift back N of the area Wed night as a warm front. High
pressure E of the S waters will expand across the waters Wed
night and persist through Fri night. A cold front will approach
the far N waters late Thu. The front will then stall across the
far N waters Thu night through Fri night as low pressure rides E
along the front.
